Returns:  We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  Simply return the item within 20 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (less shipping) noting the procedures below:

*Returned merchandise must be in factory fresh condition in the original box or packaging complete with an RGA Number issued by CommercialCaptains.com.  Contact Captain@CommercialCaptains.com to request an RGA Number. 

*Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. 

*Items returned beyond 20 days after date of delivery may be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge. 

*No returns will be accepted beyond 23 days after date of delivery.
